I’ve been working here just two weeks thru a contractor. I honestly thought it would of been a much more organized, and classy company, but it was probably the farthest from my expections. Looking forward to my contract end, so I can stop having to work with such a racist group of people. Place is full of drug addicts, I’ve seen tons of employees smoking/vaping meth in the parking lot, roof and in several other area’s in the building. Ive never worked for such a messed up company. You would think a company like CVS would have tighter security on the premises. Sad, they’re so much against cigarettes and opioids....yet they don’t mind if their own employees smoke meth and other drugs in the parking lots and on the roof......
Every month requires minimum 3 phone calls and over 1 hour on hold while trying to get my scripts shipped. This month I ordered online, had to call again anyway, and they did not ship the day they promised. Then when I finally got the shipment, it was the wrong Rx. Two days and three more phones calls later, still no shipment. If I knew who to report this error to, I would be on the phone now. Save your sanity - PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I worked here for 6 months and that place is terrible. They were racist, management even went as far as lying on me to get me fired. They constantly tried to make me some aggressor that I am not. They eventually fired me without notice over an unapproved vacation day when I wasn't even on my third attendance strike. I called my immediate supervisor to ask if I had been fired because I couldn't get into the building and she didn't even respond to my calls or texts. I had to ask my coworkers to confirm if I had been fired. Unprofessional and management has a passive aggressive attitude problem.
Have been using it for several years for now. Quite reliable and always nice to me. Just a couple of improvements are needed: first, they make computer calls for refills and then make you wait for a long time, both quite irritating; second, they don't have a functional web site to speak of.
The absolute worst!!! This place should be shut down. No one knows how to do their job. I ended up having to drive 2 hours to PICK UP my medication because it never shipped because they never shipped out my medication. They couldn't answer why it wasn't shipped since everything looked good, but said well it never left our wearhouse??? Then, when I go to pick it up, the woman tells me that they could have over rid it and I could have picked it up at a closer location. Unbelievable.
