I am in the process of filing a report with the Illinois Insurance Commissioner and the Attorney General of Illinois. They should be held responsible for what they sell.
3. they should at least have the courtesy to return calls
2. they should provide service and support to their customers when claim is filed.I was told " non responsiveness to claims is not our problem".
I asked for inexpensive auto insurance. Sold me sub-standard.

after many years I filed my 1st claim. Insurance company would not pay (Founder's) and Heil and Kay was no help at all. Would not go to bat for me. would not return phone calls.

I have been with Heil and Kay Insurance for years. They always provide excellent service and yes they do go the extra mile to help in every way possible. Founders Insurance is a lower priced one which is a choice you make. You can pay more and have a more highly recommended Insurance Company of your choice. They shop around for you and if you have anty doubts, do it yourself. There are lots of companies out there to insure your vehicle with.
