I have used the Mount Prospect , Dempster St. Enterprise rent-a -car branch in the past for various moves and vacation trips and always found them to give me excellent service. On my most recent experience , I was helped by a young man named Dan S. who was extremely courteous and helpful in helping me get just the right vehicle for my family's vacation trip.
I have been renting a car from this location for several weeks. While I do believe the rate is way to high for extended use of their cars Dan the manager and all the staff are extremely professional and courteous. They have always gone above an beyond to ensure my car was ready on time and made sure I had a ride to and from the site. Thank you Dan and staff

The minivan was in great condition. It had some notable dings, but was clean and came with satellite radio and GPS making my trip across the country smooth. I would use again and definitely recommend.
Good service, but they did not mention toll pass option. Prices very reasonable.
