The third time this happened, I closed my account. I've had no better than middling service at any Fifth Third location, but this one is by far the worst.
Came to this branch for a simple voided check to set up my direct deposit and the customer service was impeccable! I was greeted by a Mr. Krystian Wilk and from start to finish with the transaction he was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the process. His female associate, whom I would like to say was named Priscilla but I know started with a P, was also extremely courteous and helpful. Being in sales, I was expecting to be pitched some sort of product because they were doing so great but that wasn't the case! I've been banking with fifth third for a few years now and I can honestly say this is the best customer service I've received by far. Keep it up guys!!
The staff here are perfectly content to say they are unable to do something and force you to wait for a single employee, so they can go back to their gossip.
By far some of the best banking representatives I've ever dealt with. I recently moved out by Elgin, but continue to do all of my business relations with this bank because of the outstanding customer service and experience. I highly recommend this location above others.
Incredibly unhelpful! They were pretty good when I'm going in to access my money, but absolutely no help when I thought someone hacked into my account. Terrible service when I needed them most, and no one could help, not even at the corporate level. I wanted to get to the fraud department, and they bounced me around to 5 different people who I had to tell the story to every time, and never sent me where I needed to go. Each person had trouble listening and had a wild concocted story explaining away the issue. Terrible service.
The women at this bank are very rude. If I am giving my money to someone I want to be appreciated and respected that does not happen at this branch every time I have gone here she is always very very rude.
On three separate occasions, I waited at least 45 minutes to be assisted with something relatively trivial. In each time, I was assured my wait would be less than 10 minutes.
